Fulmodeston Village Hall

Flexible village hall AV designed for films, meetings, parties and wider community use

with multifunctional surround sound

Created by converting the old village school into a welcoming multi-room venue, Fulmodeston Village Hall near Fakenham, Norfolk now combines a good-sized main hall with a meeting room, kitchen and bar. The audio visual system was designed to maximise flexibility, using a large roll-down screen across the stage and a ceiling-mounted projector on a pole mount.

The sound system is equally versatile, delivering full surround sound for films while also supporting larger gatherings, parties and events with plenty of power. A radio microphone is included for meetings, quizzes and community use.

The Converted Old School Hall

Securely housed AV with simple remote control for a flexible village hall setting

Converted from the former village school, the hall now combines character with practical modern AV. System equipment is securely housed in a rack within the kitchen, while a remote extender system provides full control from the main hall, keeping operation simple without leaving equipment on show.

HDMI Input Points

Although wireless connectivity is available, two HDMI input points have also been installed, one at the front of the hall and one at the rear, giving users simple, reliable wired connection options wherever they are presenting from.

Streaming and Gaming

Connected village hall AV that supports streaming, gaming and broader community use

With a good internet connection, a village hall AV system can open the door to far more than films and presentations. Streaming through a Chromecast or Amazon Fire Stick is an obvious benefit, but gaming is another exciting opportunity, especially for halls looking to stay relevant to younger people and create new types of community activity.
