Hearing Loop Systems
In 2004 the Disability Discrimination Act called for service providers to make provisions for the hard of hearing.
Hearing loop systems are an ideal way to assist the hearing impaired. It operates by transmitting sound from a microphone, television or other source, directly to the hearing aid, enabling the user personal audio clarity. Similarly, this principle can be used to relay specific information to selected people.
