Corney & Barrow

Corney and Barrow operate a chain of high-class wine bars in the city of London and we have worked with them for a number of years, providing a variety of installations throughout their many outlets.

For their bar at Paternoster Square beneath the Stock exchange we were asked to provide solutions for 3 areas.

In the main body of the bar we installed two 42" plasma screens for general entertainment. One of these was placed on a bracket, for which we had to strengthen the wall with two metal plates.

In the smaller bar section we added an electric drop-down screen and projector system, capable of general entertainment or for conference and data use.

Our final act was to install another electric screen and projector in a separate room. This room has data inputs and its own sound system, making it compatible for entertainment and conference purposes.

The bar was being designed from scratch, so we worked closely with other contractors to ensure wires were hidden and power points etc were placed in the correct locations. Furthermore, to provide for future expansion, additional CCTV and data cabling was placed throughout the building, making it easy to update the setup if required.
